PIGlobal Properties Group was established in 2004 to provide investors with the opportunity to tap into advantageous real estate investment opportunities in new and emerging markets, both in Canada and around the globe. To achieve our goal, we purchase the rights to sell or manage properties from developers located in countries that possess a very rewarding return on investment (ROI) potential.

Our main focuses are cash flow and capital appreciation.  Prior to our purchase of an allotment of units, we perform a thorough due diligence based on the following criteria:

• Positive cash flow or/and rental guarantee program in place
• Attractive yearly appreciation
•  A dynamic local economy is vital, together with significant local demand for housing
• We approach countries that are not just attractive to foreign investors, but also receptive to them; where the laws relating to foreigners purchasing property are reliable and straightforward. There are many attractive countries offering properties at a good value, but unfortunately, no proper land registry or only short leaseholds offered to foreigners. We, therefore, stay away from these countries.
• Safe countries with very low crime and stable economies are a must.

As part of our due diligence, we make a concerted effort to visit all of the countries and areas meeting our criteria, in order to be certain the accuracy of our research, and the value of our investment opportunities to our clients. If a country, area or development does not meet all of the above criteria, we simply do not purchase the rights to the property.

We organize the rental and management of a property in most of the countries that we deal with, either directly via the rental pool of the property, if applicable, or through one of our local partner companies or agents. 

We build strong relationships with individuals and companies located in the countries that meet our criteria, and only use the most reputable lawyers, advisers and developers. This offers our clients a peace of mind derived from the knowledge that their property purchase is being handled by the most reliable people at every level.

As a service to our clients, we host regular conferences in Canada and also via our worldwide virtual conference system. This enables us to inform our clients about offshore and international investments, no matter what country they live in.

About Marie-France Dayan...

Marie-France Dayan was born in (Corsica) France, leaving her native country at the age of 20 to study for her MBA in the United States. At the age of 22 she receives her MBA from the International University of America in San Francisco California. Upon her graduation Marie France undertakes her professional career with Danzas International as the Director of Business Development for all major corporate accounts on the US west coast. Danzas is an international carrier and logistics company specialising in international logistics with operating divisions worldwide based in San Francisco. She is transferred to Montreal, Canada, in 2000 by Danzas to develop major corporate accounts for Canada’s east coast. In 2002 after 8 years of service with Danzas International Marie France decides to take a break from corporate life and study and live her passion in Feng Shui. Marie France successfully studies and becomes a Feng Shui Master. She opens her own school where she teaches and practices Feng Shui philosophies and teachings to private individuals as well as consulting to businesses.

After a 3 year break in 2004, Marie France renews her love for the business world creating her own Canadian based investment real estate company PI Global Properties Inc. PI Global Properties is a very strong buyer group of over 2000 investors. It specializes in acquiring local and international real estate investments.  In June 2008, she creates a commercial financing division to serve the needs of real estate developers in need of private seed capital.
